자연과 함께하는 전원속의 첨단자족도시, 개성 넘치는 중저밀도 친환경 주거단지, 수도권 남부지역의 중심도시 건설을 목표로 한국토지공사에서 시행한 현상공모안이다. 단지계획의 특징은 동서 생활가로축을 개발하고 남북의 생태가로를 도입하여 다양한 가로망을 중심으로 녹지체계와 경관, 보행활동과 커뮤니티를 활성화하는데 주력하였다. 남북으로 연결된 생태보행로, 마을길, 복층형 가로주택과 면한 문화이벤트가로가 계획되었으며 동서로 보행자를 위한 생활가로를 구성하여 총 8개의 특화가로망이 구성되었다.

This project aimed to build a new core city for southern area of Seoul city. High-tech self-sufficient city living with nature and eco-fiendly low density residential area having profound individual character are assigned on this competition. Special character of layout creates an east-west living-axis and a north-south eco-axis so that these major axis are able to build diverse segments of space. This system will produce a bigger green system, beautiful landscape, walkable path and strong community. Along the eco-axis, village trail and cultural event trail were planned and another total 8 of special streets are also planned along the living-axis.
